You keep your rights in it, and you grant Magic Algeria a free, worldwide and permanent licence to publish, translate, edit, adapt and keep it on the site.
Content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading, or that infringes the rights of others, is not allowed. We may remove any content, and suspend or close any account, at our discretion and without notice.
The site is provided as it is, for general information only, without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or availability. Nothing on it is legal, financial or professional advice. To the extent the law allows, Magic Algeria accepts no liability for any loss arising from the use of the site or of the sites it links to.
The content, design, photographs and data of the site are protected. You may not copy, extract or reuse them, in whole or in part, including by automated means, without our written permission.
We may change these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.

We collect only what is needed to run the site: the details you give us when you create an account or contact us, such as your email address and nickname, what you post, and the technical information needed to keep the site secure and to measure its use.
We use this information to provide the site, to protect accounts and prevent abuse, and to reply to you. Your email address is never shown on the site. We do not sell your information and we do not use advertising trackers.
