National Retirement Fund opens digital counter for retirees

Each local agency now has a shared space where retirees can learn to use the fund's digital services.
The National Retirement Fund (CNR) opened a unified digital counter, called "Taqaudi ALL IN ONE", in its local agencies on Monday. It aims to make digital services easier to use for retirees and their beneficiaries.
The counter follows instructions from the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security. The aim is to move services online and bring them closer to citizens.
Each local agency now has a shared space where retirees can learn which digital services the fund offers and how to use them.
Staff at the counter give simple explanations on using the Taqaudi app. They help retirees download the app, open their digital accounts and activate them.
They also point people to the services that meet their needs.
A guide called "Taqaudi" is available at the counters. It explains the services in the app, and a QR code gives direct access to it.
The fund hopes retirees will be able to complete more of their business from a distance. This would mean fewer trips to local agencies and less pressure on the reception counters.
Officers at each agency receive retirees, guide them and help them use the app. They also record the difficulties people raise and suggest improvements to the services.
Awras reported that the fund wants digital tools to simplify administrative steps and improve the experience of retirees and beneficiaries. Staff support is meant to make sure they can really use the services.
