Staff in every local agency will help retirees use online services, and more than 19 services are already available.

The National Retirement Fund (CNR) has launched a digital one-stop counter in its local agencies across Algeria, to help retirees and their dependants use online services.

ObservAlgerie reported that the scheme, Takaoudi All in One, was unveiled on 21 October at the close of a national seminar for communications officers from the CNR's local agencies.

At the counter, staff will greet retirees and their dependants, identify what they need and direct them to the right service.

Staff will also help people with the mobile app and set up a personal account. Algérie 360 names the app RetraiteDZ, while the other reports name it Takaoudi.

For retirees and their dependants, this means help is now available at every local agency, and more formalities can be done from home. The fund aims to reduce trips to its agencies and the crowds that gather there.

"Success in the digital transformation is not measured only by the number of services available, but by how easily, independently and remotely beneficiaries can use them," Abdelhafid Adrar, director general of the CNR, said.

The individual employee account (CIS) is one of more than 19 online services, which are aimed at retirees and their dependants. The CIS itself is used by workers still in employment, who can check their career record and prepare their file before retirement.

Adrar also asked for efforts to make users aware of the digital services, especially the CIS. Staff at the meeting took part in practical workshops run with the Directorate of Information Technology and Organisation.

The fund plans new digital services in the fourth quarter of 2026, in line with guidance from the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security.
