An interministerial order sets the share communes pay into the local authorities solidarity and guarantee fund at 2% for 2027.

An interministerial order, dated 5 October 2026 and published in Journal officiel no. 77 of 4 November 2026, fixes the rate at which communes contribute to the solidarity and guarantee fund for local authorities. For the year 2027, that rate is 2%.

The rate applies to the direct and indirect tax revenue forecasts set out in the budget revenue schedule sent by the tax offices of each wilaya. The contribution is booked under article 670, "Contribution to the local authorities guarantee fund", within sub-chapter 9400 (direct taxes) or sub-chapter 9401 (indirect taxes), as applicable.

The order was signed by the Minister of the Interior and the Minister of Finance, under the powers set by the texts it cites, including the 2011 law on the commune and the 2021 finance law.
