Condor plans to ship 400 containers and Faderco about 50 containers to several countries.

The Ministry of Interior and Local Authorities is coordinating a non-oil export operation on 7 November, involving companies from several wilayas across Algeria, TSA reported.

The operation is part of the celebrations for the 72nd anniversary of the start of the War of National Liberation. It aims to boost exports of products outside oil and gas and to show what companies and regions can offer in industry and crafts.

Condor, Iris and Faderco have confirmed that they will take part.

Condor is a household appliance maker based in Bordj Bou Arreridj. It will export to Tunisia, Egypt, Jordan, Libya and Mauritania.

"We will ship 400 containers of household appliances and metal framing to many countries," said Mohamed Daas, managing director of Condor.

Faderco, a leading Algerian maker of hygiene products, will export about 50 containers to the United States, the United Kingdom, Tunisia and Côte d'Ivoire.

"We will export hygiene products and raw materials to these countries," said Amor Habes, chief executive of Faderco.

For companies and readers, the operation means that goods from several wilayas will be sent abroad on 7 November.

The operation follows a broad export campaign launched on 11 April, which covered 19 countries. Companies in 13 wilayas took part: El M'Ghair, Mostaganem, Relizane, Oran, Tizi Ouzou, Sétif, Jijel, Algiers, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Annaba, Béjaïa, Skikda and Biskra. Algiers took part from Houari Boumediene International Airport.

Zohir Moussaoui, central director at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion, said on 18 October that Algeria exported 4bn dollars of non-oil and gas products in the first eight months of 2026. The country aims to export 5bn dollars of non-oil and gas products in 2026.
