Staff in local agencies give personal explanations, and a QR code links to the app for compatible phones.

Pensioners in Algeria and their dependants can now get help in local National Retirement Fund (CNR) agencies to use its online services, DNAlgerie reported.

The scheme, called "Takaoudi ALL IN ONE", was officially launched on Monday, 2 November 2026. It aims to make some services easier to use without going to an agency each time.

Digital spaces have been set up in local CNR agencies. There, staff help beneficiaries download the Takaoudi app, create a personal account and activate it.

The help is aimed at retirees who do not know well enough how to use mobile apps or online procedures. The CNR wants to stop the move to online services from being a barrier for some people, especially those who are not familiar with new technology.

Each space has a practical guide to the services available online. It also has a QR code that lets users download the app directly on a compatible phone.

Staff give personalised explanations and show the features available, depending on each person's situation. They also answer questions and help users understand the procedures they can then do alone.

After the first visit to an agency, pensioners can do some formalities from their phone. They will not have to travel each time a procedure can be done online.

The CNR also wants to reduce repeated visits to its counters. By moving some requests online, it hopes to limit queues at its agencies.

Staff at the spaces also record questions, comments and concerns from beneficiaries. The CNR hopes this feedback will help it find features that cause problems and adapt its tools over time.
