Ouled Rahmoune is a commune of the wilaya of Constantine, in the daira, or district, of El-Khroub. The commune has 3 main centres: Ouled Rahmoune, the chief town, El Guerrah and Bou Nouara. It had 26,132 inhabitants at the 2008 census (ONS). Its places include the megalithic necropolis of Djebel Mazela and the railway stations of Ouled Rahmoune and El Guerrah.
