About El-Khroub
El-Khroub is a commune of the wilaya of Constantine, in eastern Algeria. Part of the new town of Ali Mendjeli lies on its land. In the French colonial period the town was called Le Khroub, also written Le Kroub. It had 179,033 inhabitants at the 2008 census (ONS). Its places include the Soumaa of El-Khroub, Mohamed Boudiaf International Airport and Université Salah Boubnider Constantine 3.
