About Aïn El Kerma
Aïn El Kerma is a coastal commune west of Oran, in the daira, or district, of Boutlelis. It includes the village of Sidi Bakhti and the Madagh coast. It had 7,530 inhabitants at the 2008 census (ONS). Its places include Madagh 1, Sfirat and Cap Blanc beaches, the Habibas Islands and the Cap Blanc desalination plant.
