About Bab Jedid

Bab Jedid, whose name means New Gate, is an old gate of the Casbah on Boulevard Mohamed Taleb. Visitors find it a good place to enter the old town, with a fine view over the coast. The Casbah has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992.
