AADL 3 keys due from 1 November in 12 wilayas

Almost 950,000 subscribers have signed up, and payment is now made online through the agency's platform.
Algérie 360 reported that the first keys of the AADL 3 housing programme are due from 1 November, for 3,789 homes in 12 wilayas.
AADL 3 is the third edition of a rent-to-own formula run by the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (AADL). The buyer pays for the home in instalments, then in monthly payments spread over 25, 30 or 35 years.
The programme opened for registration in 2024, and almost 950,000 subscribers have signed up so far. It is part of a national plan for two million homes between 2025 and 2029.
A total of 850,000 units has been included in the finance laws for 2025, 2026 and 2027.
How to register
Registration is online, on the official website aadl3inscription2024.dz or in the mobile app. Applicants enter their wilaya, national identity number (NIN), social security number and telephone number.
After validation, a phone number appears on screen, and applicants must call it within the time allowed to finish registration.
How to pay
Payment is made in successive instalments, and the first instalment is 50% of the price. For an F3 it is 343,000 dinars (DZD), and for an F4 it is 431,500 dinars.
The first instalment was opened for payment in two phases, the first from 21 December 2025. The second instalment is 7%, or 240,000 dinars for an F3 and 300,000 dinars for an F4, also in two phases.
The first phase of the second instalment is 150,000 dinars for an F4 and 120,000 dinars for an F3.
For applicants, this means payment is now made online, without travelling, through the agency's platform. The system gives proof of payment straight away and avoids queues.
The accepted online payment methods are the Edahabia card, the CIB card, BaridiMob and BaridiWeb.
When will the keys arrive?
The first group covers 3,789 homes in 12 wilayas, where building work is most advanced. It is part of a national operation of more than 133,000 homes.
The Minister of Housing has also set the schedule for payment orders, starting with the first beneficiaries due for delivery.
