About Saoula
Saoula is a village on a plateau between the valley of the Oued Kerma and the slope above the Mitidja plain. It belongs to the Bir Mourad Raïs circonscription administrative, one of the 13 groups of communes created by decree 26-112 of 8 March 2026. It had 41,690 inhabitants at the 2008 census (ONS).
