At Mahelma he opened the Omar-Boudjellab hospital for children's cardiology and heart surgery, with 80 beds, described as Algeria's first fully digital hospital. At Rahmania he opened the Ahmed-Taleb-El Ibrahimi urban centre, with 10,507 AADL homes, schools and fibre internet.

From Sidi Abdellah he launched the national distribution of 179,168 homes for 2026 across all wilayas: 42,520 public rental homes, 11,914 AADL homes, 9,975 assisted-ownership homes (LPA), 7,353 homes for sale on the open market (LPL), 76,423 rural housing grants and 30,983 grants for social building plots.
