The Euskaltel-Euskadi rider took the "Classique de la capitale" on a city circuit; Anes Riahi was the best Algerian, in fifth place.
The 19th Grand Prix International d'Alger ended on Friday 9 October with the "Classique de la capitale", seven laps of a city circuit in Algiers.
Iker Claver Mintegui of the Spanish team Euskaltel-Euskadi won the stage. Anes Riahi of Madar Pro-Team was the best Algerian, in fifth place. Source: Le Jour d'Algérie.
